Spirit Finance Corporation is a self administered and self managed real estate company focused on sale/leaseback and other forms of real estate financing for operators of single tenant, "operationally essential" real estate throughout the United States on a long-term, triple-net basis. Since inception, Spirit Finance has invested over $4.0 billion primarily in "operationally essential" real estate constructing a diversified portfolio of properties located across the United States which are leased over long periods of time on a triple-net basis to tenants operating in a wide variety of industries. In support of our primary business of owning and leasing real estate, we have also strategically originated or acquired long-term commercial mortgage and equipment loans receivable to provide a range of financing solutions to our clients.
